  • Vaccum allows resin to fill break completely with GlasWeld's laboratory tested resins, resulting in more secure repairs
  • Removes air and moisture from damage and PVB interlayer (laminate)
  • Self-contained and operates without external pumps and hoses
  • Injects resin without the presence of air or moisture
  • Only one moving part in excess of the piston and body

The ProCur™ radial curing lamp is the only curing system specifically
engineered to cure windshield repairs. Designed to work with our ProVac injector, this patented lamp is unmatched in speed and performance for curing resin.
  • Emits an intense 360 degree ultraviolet wave pattern
  • Cures the repair in 60 seconds, which reduces resin shrinkage
  • Produces stronger, better-looking repairs

Gfusion™ Resins: Tested to meet and exceed NWRA, ANSI and BSI Standards, GlasWeld's scientifically formulated resins ensure quality and strength. With a complete line of tints and viscosities, you can choose the resin that is just right for the repair you are performing.

These resins have been subjected to extensive independent lab tests and were proven to be superior in the following categories:

  • Tensile Strength
This test evaluates the stress that soda-lime glass rods bonded with resin can bear without breaking apart. The G Fusion Series Resins easily withstood the equivalent of all the typical forces applied to auto glass during a vehicle's life.
  • Luminous Transmittance
For this test, star breaks in AS-1 laminated glass are intensely weathered for 400 hours under powerful ultra-violet lights and condensation, equalling one year in the world's harshest environments. After this test, GlasWeld resins remained clear.
  • Color Stability
This test includes the same accelerated weathering conditions as above. The G Fusion Series Resins bested all standards for shrinkage, fading, chalking and yellowing.
